On the request of a customer on a project in Sweden, a hopper barge was equipped with a self-poweredscreening system. This screening system consists of a steel frame with mesh to separate dredging spoil from physical contaminants or explosive materials without the need for manual intervention.  

The materials remaining on the screen can be deposited on a separate hopper barge using a hydraulic dumping system with a movable flap. Thanks to this custom-made part, the hopper barge was a great success in Oskarshamn, Sweden.
